I can't believe how the Republican party wants to take us back to the so-called good old days. I was handed religious tracts by teachers all through grade school to take home to my parents and I remember when the court case that got the Pledge of Allegiance thrown out of schools took place, after a boy was beating to death by his teacher for not saying it based on his religious beliefs that didn't match the teachers.
