Something to Think About

Hmmmmmm …it’s an option.

Planning to move eventually anyway, I’m not chained to a house, so I wonder if Canada offers affordable senior units?

Off sugar and eating fewer carbs, my slow metabolism has yet to let go of much weight, but the inches are creeping down, and I’m beginning to feel my old energetic self again.

Now if the weather would just cooperate and cool down, I can get back into a daily walking routine.

  1. My doc said my vitamine D was low. One I added a pair of pills, my energy picked right up.

    1. My doc suggested D for me as well, but I don't like to take pills, not even aspirin, unless I absolutely have to, i.e., blood pressure medication.

    2. I take a handful of supplements each day, especially a probiotic since I'm around small children so much. Really has kept me well all these years. I don't get colds or flu even though children sneeze and cough on me all the time. A vitamin B gives me a needed boost in the afternoon.

    3. A probiotic has been suggested quite a lot but, even after researching them, I can't figure out what they do and which ones are safe.
